Client Experience Associate



Who we are looking for?


A highly motivated individual with a passion for helping others to represent the OANDA brand in all client interactions (live chats, phone calls, client events, email inquiries).


You will report to the Head of Client Experience in Asia Pacific while receiving ongoing support from the senior training lead in a rigorous 3 month training program.


Your knowledge of financial markets, regulations, internal procedures and quality of service will be developed and tested.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (you will undergo a verbal & written test)
  • Proficiency in Cantonese and/or Japanese an asset
  • Superior multitasking and typing skills (50-60 WPM)
  • Expected to complete MAS licensing requirements within 3-6 months
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (all disciplines)

Duties & Responsibilities

  • You will work with a team of 8 highly productive associates to deliver world class quality of service
  • You will be an expert in educating internal & external clients on OANDA’s wide range of products
  • You are expected to work independently while retaining guidance from your senior lead
  • You are encouraged to identify and analyze opportunities for high client satisfaction, growth and retention of business in mature and emerging markets
  • You will have the opportunity to engage in evening, weekend and overseas events
