Who we are looking for?
A highly motivated individual with a passion for helping others to represent the OANDA brand in all client interactions (live chats, phone calls, client events, email inquiries).
You will report to the Head of Client Experience in Asia Pacific while receiving ongoing support from the senior training lead in a rigorous 3 month training program.
Your knowledge of financial markets, regulations, internal procedures and quality of service will be developed and tested.
