Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Automation and Lifecycle, the Technical Marketing Analyst is responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on customer communications that delight
our customers and deliver business value.
Based on customer and market insights you will build and support emails, landing pages, and other digital communications that drive revenue and increase our base of traders. Working closely
with global teams, you are self-motivated and challenge yourself to solve problems independently. This role may be based in Singapore or Toronto.
Support the global team building email campaigns and landing pages that drive results.
Drive email strategy with content, relevancy, smart segmentation and personalization to drive incremental revenue.
Develop and manage integrated acquisition programs comprised of campaign and trigger based emails.
Develop a campaign QA process to ensure accurate campaign execution
Plan and execute ongoing testing (layout, format, frequency, copy, etc.) to continuously improve email performance
focused on user engagement driving towards our KPIs.
Lead communication planning through the maintenance and management of an APAC communication calendar.
Act as project manager on programs to manage execution and deployment for timeliness, accuracy and effectiveness.
Develop weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting on email performance by program.
Analyze programs in detail to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s in business or equivalent marketing experience
